Estimated Delivery Times
- Major Cities: London, Manchester, Birmingham, Liverpool, Leeds – 3-8 days.
- Other Regions: Wales, Northern Ireland, Scotland – 6-12 days.
Delivery times may vary due to external factors such as adverse weather conditions, customs clearance (for international orders), and peak shopping periods.
Delivery Options
We offer two main shipping options to suit your needs:
- Standard Shipping (£5):
- Estimated delivery time: 6-8 business days from our London facility or international warehouse, depending on stock availability.
- Additional time may be required for deliveries to remote areas.
- Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
- Express Shipping (£12):
- Next business day delivery within the Royal Express Post Network.
- Deliveries outside this network may experience additional delays.
- A signature may be required for certain high-value orders.
Order Processing
- Orders placed before 12 PM (GMT/BST) on weekdays are dispatched on the same day.
- Orders placed after 12 PM or on weekends/bank holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.
- Once dispatched, customers will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to selected countries. Delivery times and costs will vary based on your location and the chosen shipping method. Additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your parcel using the provided link attached in your email or by visiting our Order Tracking.
Missed Deliveries & Redelivery
If no one is available to receive your parcel, the courier may leave a collection card or attempt redelivery on the next working day. In some cases, your parcel may be held at the nearest post office or delivery depot for collection.
Delivery Restrictions & Address Changes
- We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO).
- If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact our support team within 12 hours. Address changes cannot be made once your order has been dispatched.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please allow an additional 2-3 business days before contacting our support team.
For lost shipments, we will investigate with the courier and offer an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
