Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Please note that due to strict health and safety regulations, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on most medical products. This includes, but is not limited to, the following conditions for non-able return or exchange

  • Products that have been opened, unsealed, or damaged after delivery
  • Products that have been used, even partially
  • Not our prescription medications or over-the-counter drugs, and health supplements
  • Products purchased during promotional sales, only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
  • Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Customers must provide proof of damage or defect upon unboxing through clear photos or videos showing the condition of the product.

Refund Policy

For any order that is not delivered, based on tracking information, if you are not satisfied to wait the re-ship order, we will issue a full 100% refund.

For returned orders, we will process a refund once the item is received, inspected, and confirmed to meet stated requirements. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Once approved, then the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

Exchange Policy

Customer will be responsible for the shipping costs to return your product if the items DO NOT meet stated requirements, the shipping costs are NON-refundable. When you receive your refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the amount of your refund.

If you are returning valued items, we will consider help you to making label or we will recommend you use track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

We don’t guarantee that returned item lost or affected during in transit.
